Our Products

Where are your products made?

All MiWay products are proudly made in Canada, with quality materials, ethical manufacturing and a few bowls of poutine.

Do your products have sku's?

We place SKU’s on all bases, words & backdrops. Icons are tiny; therefore we cannot place SKU’s on them. However, for simplicity, we have one SKU that you use to scan all of them!

Do you do create custom products?

Absolutely! We’re creators at heart. We can bring any landmark, attraction, logo, or unique feature to life. Let our designers work with you to create custom one of a kind words, icons and backgrounds that you would bring home to your parents.

Can I sell your products on a website?

Unfortunately, no.  The sale or distribution of MiWay products to a third party (Amazon, Ebay, etc.) other than an end consumer is strictly prohibited unless specifically approved in writing by MiWay.

What is your return policy?

We stand behind our products. All orders come with a 7 day money back guarantee. Items must be in resalable condition. Simply contact us to get a return number and return the merchandise with the original invoice and we’ll gladly refund your purchase price in the same form as initial payment. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable, and a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund if items are damaged.

Ordering

What is your minimum order size?

All MiWay orders need to be a minimum of $150 before shipping and taxes.  Each product has a minimum order quantity.

Do you provide credit terms?

All initial orders are pre-payment only.  Once we have completed the initial order, you can apply for net 30 day terms providing you have completed a credit application and have been approved by MiWay.

How do I order?

We currently accept orders through email or phone.  Once you place your order, we will send you an invoice for payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

MiWay currently accepts cheques, email money transfers, wire payments and credit cards.

If paying by wire, please email a copy of your remittance advice as proof of payment.  Any fees associated with wires must be covered in the amount sent.

If paying by credit card, we reserve the right to implement a credit card surcharge.  The current percentage fee is 2.4%.

what are your lead/shipping times

To maintain the lowest possible prices, we manufacture all goods to order.  Our goal is to ship all orders within 15 business days (not including any design work).  Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.  Custom orders may take longer.

Lead times may vary due to supply chain and manufacturing issues. We do experience seasonal fluctuations. Your sales representative will be able to provide the most accurate shipping times.

How do I open a wholesale account?

All wholesale customers need to have a physical retail store.  Once we confirm your retail operations you can access our pricing catalog and place an order through email or phone. We do not sell to the public, resellers only. Customers must have a valid GST / PST / EIN Number.

Shipping

Is shipping included?

To provide the best possible prices to our customers, shipping is not included in our prices.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping costs will be calculated using standard Canada Post/UPS shipment calculation methods based on dimensional box size, weight, destination and service required/requested. We can only provide shipping costs upon processing of the actual shipment.

Where do you ship your items from?

All products are shipped from our warehouse in Maple Ridge, British Columbia, Canada.

My shipment was lost...

Shipments that have been determined to be lost, after thoroughly researching the package through delivery confirmation tracking, will be replaced.  A monetary refund will not be given.

My shipment was damaged...

If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days after its arrival. Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced only after the damaged merchandise has been mailed back to MiWay within 10 calendar days of receipt for inspection.  A monetary refund will not be given.

When will my order arrive?

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by MiWay Designs or other parties as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
